The marketing & public relations firm for the Filling Station Lofts approached us to collaborate on the branding of a cutting-edge loft space in downtown Miami. The Filling Station Lofts offers an alternative to the stuffy high-rises in Brickell and the trendy apartments of South Beach. We had the distinct pleasure of branding these new lofts and developing an eye-catching marketing piece distributed all over the city. We wanted to give it a hip feel with a lowbrow Miami edge. This project gave us the opportunity to work with esteemed street artists, including Daniel Fila, a.k.a. KRAVE.
